Faderhead about Summer Darkness

The next day started really easy because as usual the Tivoli crew was top notch. Everyone there is super-helpful and we shared a backstage room with Destroid who I was scheduled to do guest-vocals with. Everything went almost too easy, so when it was time to go on stage for “Lucretia, My Reflection”, I was almost a bit too relaxed! But everything went well and the people in attendance were rocking out and chanting along! Lots of fun! Again Utrecht rules for bringing up a crowd with this energy at 15:30! Daniel of Destroid was very happy about that too! :)

After hanging out for a few more hours it was time for us to go on. Daniel & Joe were there to back me up along with Hoover Wiskontenmeyer and we had TONS of fun. It was the 5th show in Utrecht since 2006 and once again the crowd proved to be awesome. To quote merchandiser K-Large: “Damn, that was a loud crowd!”. I guess I was the guy with the sunglasses partying with everyone under 35, while simultaneously in the other club Douglas McCarthy (Nitzer Ebb) was the guy with the sunglasses partying with everyone over 35. :)
